SECOND STEP - Begin praying together and identify a core mission/purpose for your chapter

THIRD STEP - Fill out the Constitution and Leadership Commitment Form

A Community Chapter may in fact exist with or without a local CMDA Campus Chapter. A Community Chapter creates a space for Christian Healthcare Professionals to grow, support and advance the mission of the hope and healing of the gospel in and through healthcare.
